With the popularity of high technology, it is very common that more children have access to internet than in the past. At present, Sky is aiming to keep younger users for safe entertainments on its devices.

The broadcasting giant targets its users aged between four and nine for kids of its new launching app. And its content is mainly from the subjects of The Cartoon Network, Disney and Nickelodeon.

The parents can choose the options for their children to watch in the help of the feature of “an intuitive and playful experience” provided by the app. The app allows the parents to set up the usage limit for bedtime and the ability to review what they have been watching.

The makers of the new app with Sky are the ones who made the Monument Valley. They are expected to have the app completed by early 2016.

Sky’s chief marketing and digital officer Stephen van Rooyen said they hope the kids can have access to their favorite shows whenever or whatever device they are on hand. What is more important that the parents know its app is creative, engaging and safe for their children.

He added, Sky has always paid much attention to bring fun for the family and that is why they are hoping to launch the new app for youngest member of the household.
