Several media presses reported that Apple designed a newer Lightning connector for iPad Pro. This new connector does not apply in old iPad series.
The Lightning connector of iPad Pro supports the connected speed of USB3.0. The public assume that this new Lightning connector would enhance the competitiveness of iPad Pro to battle with MacBook Pro.
However, Apple does not announce this news concerns the newer Lightning connector. It just acknowledged this faster connected function to its third-party cooperators.
iPad Pro is designed for the enterprises and professional users. Thus, there are two versions for options. Those users will experience the faster speed on iPad Pro that benefits from Lightning connector.
For instance, the photographer can transfer the photos from Digital Single Lens Reflex to iPad Pro with ease and quicker by using this new technology. It is more convenience than its predecessor.
USB2.0 port was launched in 2000 and it could maximum support the speed of 480Mbps. The USB 3.0 was released early this year and it is able to support the transmission speed at maximum 5Gbps.
It is reported that Apple’s default connecting line does not support USB3.0 speed. However, Apple would carry out some effective solutions to solve such problem. It designed a newer and faster connecting line for iPad Pro so that it could make full advantage of Lightning connector.
